NSDC External Assessment: Three Days, 119 Trainees

From Aug 20-22nd 2026, an external assessor appointed by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) has been at Thalir Academy to assess our trainees. In total, 119 trainees were evaluated across three trades: 44 in Sewing Machine Operator, 28 in Hand Embroidery, and 47 in Domestic Data Entry Operator.
The assessment covered both theory and practical demonstration, testing trainees on their conceptual knowledge as well as their hands-on ability to perform the skills of their trade.
This external assessment is a key milestone in the training cycle, offering trainees an independent, standardized evaluation of the skills they've built over the course. It's also a moment of validation for the training process itself, confirming that what trainees have learned holds up against national benchmarks.
