Graduation ceremony for trainees

Thalir Academy supported by Guru Krupa Foundation Inc, proudly celebrated the achievements of 110 students who successfully completed NSDC skill-development training during September 2025 to February 2026.
Through this initiative, students were trained in Computer Skills (47 students), Tailoring (43 students), and Aari Work (20 students). With the guidance of experienced and well-equipped trainers, students received step-by-step instruction along with practical, hands-on learning throughout their training.
Several women who completed the training have gone on to start their own small businesses in their villages, turning their newly acquired skills into sustainable sources of income.
The success of these trainees was celebrated through a Certificate Ceremony held on 8th August 2026, in the presence of Dr. S. Xavier Alphonse, S.J., Director, ICRDCE and Dr. S. R. Sundaram – (Associates - Legal Counsel)
